Where do I cook?
I cook at your home, at the home of a friend to whom you want to give a gift or where there are cooking stoves. I usually prepare some goods at home and tend to get to the guest house about 1 hour before dinner or lunch.
...what about the equipment?
I bring with me my own materials: knives, some pots for specific cooking techinque and seasonings. If I had to use your own materials, I will clean them and put them back in place.
For how many people do I cook?
I can prepare up to 15-20 people. In this case there will be a small brigade with me to help me with the basic preparations.
Who serves at the table?
The guest does not have to worry about anything: I'll take care of it!
What do I cook?
I love to cook simple dish made few and high-quality infredients. My cousine is strictly related to italian tradition and sometimes I love to create dishes with new flavours .
...and you? What would you like to eat?
I have my own menu, designed accordingly to the ingredient seasonality, anyway I can cook what you wish.
Who does the grocery shopping?
I take care of everything! I cook ingredients chosen directly by me. Whenever possible, I rely upon small producers, such as local fishermen who have fresh and seasonal products.
...and the drinks?
They are usually excluded but if necessary, with a small surcharge, I can bring water, drinks, beers and wines chosen by me in combination with dishes.
How much does a private dinner costs?
Less than what you are thinking! A dinner has a starting price of 25/30 euro per person.
Prices may change depending on the type of dishes requested.
